With a smart, classic style, and a wry, sardonic wit, Bella Doll (nee Bellucci) has entertained porn fans, swapped ideas with kink and gender-focused intellectuals, and been an outspoken but supportive critic of the trans porn niche… earning her share of both support and opposition along the way. Born and raised just outside of Boston, MA, Bella relocated to Orange County, CA in 2005 and emerged on the burgeoning scene in 2009.

Using her background in political organization and analysis, Bella has since expanded upon that media to offer mainstream talk shows such as the trans-issue-oriented YouTube talk show Translation and Because Bella, a podcast focused on adult entertainment, politics, and nerd culture.

Citing health issues, she stepped down from her role in the production of Translation, effectively ending the show after only five episodes. She also temporarily suspended operations of her website Bella-XXX. Shortly after, in 2014, she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, which went into remission in early 2015.

Bella returned to the scene in early 2016. Later that year, she became a photgrapher and producer of The Dr. Susan Block Show. She then went on to became the Communications Director for the now-defunct International Entertainment Adult Union, helping to defeat Prop 60 in California. Later, she earned a B.S. in marketing and also studied communications.

Today, she is a pro-kink, consent, and safety oriented writer/activist returning to the industry. New content, writings, and a podcast are coming soon!
